"Hey there, welcome to Orienteering! Orienteering is a navigation sport all about reading maps and navigating courses to locate control points in the most efficient and accurate way possible. Its a sport that improves your sense of direction, navigational skills and techniques, and overall confidence in unfamiliar environments. The session runs for about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the day, but if you're booked in for climbing you can still do both. So have no fear! It's free to show up, and you don't need any gear other than clothes your comfortable running or walking in. Sessions start with teaching some map skills before letting people off in groups to do the course. All skill levels and activity levels are welcome. See you there!"
