"Molly's Bio: Hi everyone! My yoga journey started in 2020 when I casually took classes at my University. When the pandemic hit soon after, I found myself curious about meditation, and began meditating regularly. One thing lead to another, and I started working at the Yoga Center Retreat in Minnesota, and completed my 240 hour yoga teacher training over the span of nine months there. Last year, I spent a total of 8 months volunteering at Buddhist meditation centres in Ireland, which enriched my understanding of the Eastern philosophy behind yoga. My classes are welcome to all, and are designed to quiet the mind through gentle and grounding movement. You can expect to leave the class feeling relaxed, regulated, and renewed.Kilmurry Village Hall Location: https://www.google.ie/maps/place/Kilmurry+Village+Hall,+Kilmurry+Student+Village,+Kilmurry+Village,+Limerick/@52.6748061,-8.5630766,151m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x485b5e95d4546481:0x182f314322b285a9!8m2!3d52.6747554!4d-8.5624516!16s%2Fg%2F11vc39kcnl?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDEyMS4wIKXMDSoKLDEwMDc5MjA3M0gBUAM%3D "
