The University of Limerick Rowing Club is actively seeking new recruits, no experience necessary! ULRC has had past greatness with novices and newcomers, winning all over Ireland and even abroad at London Metropolitan Regatta last year! In 2023 we won 9 national championships, making us the most successful rowing club in Ireland. Our wins included Women’s Senior Eight, Senior Four, Senior Quad, Inter Eight, and Inter Four and Men’s Senior Double, Lightweight Single, Inter Single and the PR2 Single. Our novice squad showed their strength at University Championships with a dominant win in the Women’s Novice Quad. This year, we hope to build on the success of last year; we’re looking for all ranges of athletes, from complete beginners to those have rowed before. If you’re interested in joining the most successful Rowing Club in Ireland at the 2023 National Championships, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us or come down to one of our training sessions! You can email ulrcsecretary@gmail.com for more information or contact us on Instagram.
