The University of Limerick Athletics Club has just enjoyed one of its most successful season's to date and looks forward to welcoming new and existing members to the club for the forthcoming academic year.

The club operates three groups and is based at the UL Athletics Track. With a firm commitment to equal opportunity and cooperation from beginners to Olympians, UL Athletics is all about the Pack Mentality.
UL Sprint
Our track and field group, under the guidance of coaches Hayley and Drew Harrison, focuses on sprints, hurdles and field events with a view towards both indoor and outdoor track and field competition. From Olympians to novice athletes this group caters for all things speed and power.
UL Endurance
Our Endurance group trains under their coordinator, Dr. William Hughes. This group welcomes athletes of all abilities, from those curious about competition to elite international athletes. The group's goal is to help everyone achieve their endurance running goals no matter how long or short they may be.
WolfPack Runners
The WolfPack Runners was established in 2024 for the casual runners. Supervised and mentored by senior athletes and coaches the group forms a community of likeminded runners who meet during the college week to keep fit and connected.
The club competes annually in the Irish Universities Athletics Associations in their Road Relay, Indoor, Cross Country and Outdoor Track and Field Championships. (With many social opportunities available along with these championships.)
