Hatha yoga is known as the yoga of force or literally as "stubborn yoga" Hatha allows us to balance the energy system and to control the mind and body. But Hatha is more than a practice, it's a way of Yoga. The six principles of Hatha defines the Hatha Yoga style. For this workshop, Kelly will teach you what Hatha is, the 6 principles and the 6 tools of a Hatha Yoga class. We will practice a Hatha Yoga sequence that will help us to master the mind through a body based practice."
