It is time for our Enactus UL EGM where we will elect new committee positions for the next academic year! This EGM will take place Tuesday the 16th of April at 6pm in KB114. We will also have pizza!

If you’re anyway at all interested in a position, I would absolutely recommend you put yourself forward! Being a committee member and helping to run a society from the inside is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have while in college; you learn skills that you can put into practice in your real life, talk about during interviews and it looks great on a CV! It is also a great way of meeting like-minded people and making friends! There are many positions available including events officer, social media officer and recruitment officer.

Roisin Lyons, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation will kick off the evening with insights on using the power of entrepreneurship to solve social issues. Our games night event is open to everyone but is aimed in particular at 1st and 2nd year students. This will be a fun social event and an opportunity to make friends and also to learn more about Enactus! There will be free pizza!

Award-winner Emily Kennedy from PwC Dublin is coming to Kemmy Business School in KBG16, Monday the 19th of February at 6pm to talk about her work surrounding sustainability, as well as PwC’s work in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) - what it is, how PwC is involved and the impact it has on society and organisations.

There will be a chance to ask Emily questions about PwC and their internships and graduate programmes. It is open to everyone - you don’t need to be a member so bring your friends! We will also have free pizza!

We are delighted to announce that the KindFinds team and Enactus UL will be hosting a collaborative event with @ulcrafts in support of Limerick Animal Welfare! The event will take place on Wednesday the 11th of October (Week 5) 6pm-8pm in KBG-10. It will be an animal themed crafts night for people of all skills and abilities. The crafts can be anything from drawing to painting to crocheting to jewellery making. The only rule is that it must relate to the theme of animals ????? At the end of the night all projects will be kindly donated and sold on the KindFinds depop page (@kindfindsul) in support of Limerick Animal Welfare. This is an opportunity to channel your talents for good and make new friends at the same time. Everyone is welcome & very much appreciated!

Hello everyone! Enactus UL is holding an Innovation Station on Tuesday 18th at 6 pm. Teams of 4/5 will compete to come up with the best idea for a new social enterprise that could be set up within Enactus! Everyone is welcome, so feel free to come along for a fun evening with lots of treats. Creativity might not come naturally to everyone but there will be lots of prompts to help your team come up with some great ideas! The winning team will get a little prize and even if you don't win, your idea could still have the potential to become a new business! All you need is your thinking cap so hope to see you there!

The quiz will require you to get together a team of 4 people with the price of only €5 euro per person (€20 per team) which is to be paid at the entry.
