PLEASE NOTE:

POINT 1 and 2 ARE ABSOLUTE MUST BEFORE YOU TAKE THE CLASS WITH US:

1.Class MUST be paid before the class begin. This can be done via PayPal , Revolut (@ulyogasoc) or in cash ( you have to have exact amount of cash as  we don’t carry change).

2. The room is large enough to hold the space for all of you, nevertheless you MUST book your spot on wolves website before the class, as the attendance is taken. This help us to keep track of our records but also protect you as you are covered by the insurance, once your attendance is taken.

Hatha yoga is known as the yoga of force or literally as "stubborn yoga" Hatha allows us to balance the energy system and to control the mind and body. But Hatha is more than a practice, it's a way of Yoga. The six principles of Hatha defines the Hatha Yoga style. For this workshop, Kelly will teach you what Hatha is, the 6 principles and the 6 tools of a Hatha Yoga class. We will practice a Hatha Yoga sequence that will help us to master the mind through a body based practice.
