Starting off the semester with our first in-person activity doing one of our favourite activities, a KAHOOT! It is going to be music-themed but going even further we are going to be "reeling in the years" and looking back on decades of music as far back as the 50s! So there is going to be something for everyone and every genre of music. As always we are looking for the best nickname and of course, our overall winner so bring your A-game!!! We cannot wait to meet you all and it promises to be an evening filled with music, laughs and fun :)

The Tuesday Club is in full swing now, with our first band of the semester setting the stage for live music every second week!
Each alternate week will be either the ULMS DJs or a Live Band, so for any budding musicians out there please feel free to reach out to us through our Facebook page as we are always looking for new acts to take for the stage! If you're not one for playing, please come down on Tuesdays and support our local and student acts. We will post act names weekly to our social media :)
For people looking for a more mellow stage and only a song or two, come to Stables for our Open Mic every Monday from 9-11pm. If you're still in need of incentive, there's a drinks voucher for every act courtesy of The Stables Club!

Jam Sessions are back by popular demand! Last Monday was the first of this semesters Jam Sessions and it was a great success! Jam Sessions is a calm and chilled environment with lots of interaction between members. We try out lots of different songs from all genres using many instruments including keyboard, guitars, cajon, tambourines and of course voice! For now, we hold our Jam Sessions in Room 3 in the student union but we are moving it to Scholars by week 6. We hope to continue with Jam and hopefully see it progress as the semester goes on!
