What should I wear to training?
---
You can wear any athletic clothes you like and are comfortable moving in (but try and avoid zippers as they can get caught in the trampoline). Jewellery and piercings must be removed for training, if you have a piercing that you can’t remove we have tape/ plasters you can use to cover it.
Do I need to have done trampoline/ gymnastics before?
No! We are open to all levels, if you’re a complete beginner you’re more than welcome.

Come along from 12pm to 3pm and see us do some skills, and for each €1 you donate, we will do a flip.
Any active members of the club are permitted to bounce, so if you want to give it a try … sign up to UL Trampoline Club, it’s only €5 for the year! If you’re coming to bounce, feel free to bring your friends and show off a bit. And we would appreciate any help with setting up and setting down ?

For our last training of the semester (on Thursday 27th November) we had a festive Christmas themed training :)))
- Most importantly, everyone attending donated to this years ISTO charity of choice, the Alzheimer Society of Ireland!! We are proud to have been able to help out such an important cause.
- Other than that, we worked hard on our skills for our upcoming competition, played a game of 'stick it', and tried out some fun group poses. You can check out our Instagram and TikTok over the next few days to see these! We finished the night off with some yummy baked treats that some of our amazing members made.
