Hi tramps! Very exciting news as we are opening our booking deposits for SSTO. The non-refundable deposit is €40. Please note this only applies to the individuals who have signed up and have confirmed they are attending our first International competition since pre-covid. Intervarsities 2022 is being held in Dublin from the 11th to the 13th of November. We are looking forward to bringing everyone to our first overnight competition this year. We will be staying in the Kinlay House Hostel for 2 nights and competing on Saturday and Sunday. We are asking for a €35* deposit out of the overall cost of €100. This covers the cost of 2 nights in a hostel, individual entry fee, 2 social nights as well as travel to and from Dublin.

Hi Everyone.

We are attending Munsters 2022 on October 22nd in Cork! The entry fee is €5. We will be traveling down to Cork on Saturday Morning, leaving at 07:25 am. We will meet at Limerick Bus Station at 07:15 am. We will have the competition in the Mardyke Arena and will return to Limerick on the 18:25 bus, arriving back to Limerick at approximately 8 pm. It's going to be a great day and a brilliant opportunity to experience a competition before Intervarsities in November.

We are popping down to Douglas for an evening of training! There's plenty of apparatus for us to use that we would normally have no access to, some of which include a foam pit, bars, rings, pommel horse, gymnastics spring floor and a trampette.

It is also a great opportunity to see our lovely friends in UCC before we head home for Christmas!

Leaving Stables bus stop at 4pm, to be in Douglas Gymnastics Centre for a three hour training session from 6pm - 9pm.

UL Trampoline and Gymnastics Club will be hosting this year's Munster Open competition. This is an annual competition between UL and UCC. It is a really nice way to ease your way into trampolining and a great way to make friends with different clubs. The competition consists of individual competition where gymnasts compete two routines, and synchro roulette. Synchro roulette is where we randomly select a partner for participants. This means that someone competing Elite Pro could be competing with a Novice. Again, it is a great ice breaker and way to make friends.

After the competition we will have food in one of our lovely on campus restaurants, and have our medal ceremony. Last year UCC won the shield, this year we are keen to get it back! 

Following the competition there will be a social event in the city. We have booked out the top floor of Molly's Late Bar, which will be open for everyone to attend from 10.30pm onwards. The theme for this social is Club Colours - so get your navy, maroon and white out!

ULTGC is hosting the biggest UV Paint Party in the Stable on Thursday of Week 5. Doors open at 8.30pm. 

Tickets are €5, and with that you'll experience what it's like to be a brightly coloured, glow in the dark blur dancing around a stables littered with your glowing faces. 

Our first 200 entries will get Glow in the Dark wristbands, but everyone will receive a banter filled night. 

Face painting, paint showering and writing indecent slanderous musings on friends should be expected, but you'll be limited only by your own imagination (and our massive paint supply).

We have been invited to attend a LGBT Themed Trampoline competition in UCD on 28 September 2019! All proceeds from the competition will be donated to Rainbow Railroad, a charity dedicated to helping LGBT people in countries where they are persecuted to get to a safe place.

Entries rates are super cheap, at only €1 for individual entry, and €1 for synchro entry!

The competition will be followed by a social event in The George, a LGBT nightclub in Dublin city centre which will be sure to provide you with a fun night with great music and bop opportunities!

If you are interested in attending Rainbounce, please reach out to one of our committee members who will be happy to help arrange getting you up there. This competition will be a great opportunity to get to know members from Dublin clubs so we highly recommend you venturing up for it!

P.S. We have been told that colourful competition gear and glitter is highly encouraged.

UL Trampoline club are set to host this years Intervarsities in Limerick. This competition attracted competitors from seven different universities competing in Trampoline, DMT, tumbling and synchronized Trampoline.

Meeting at the UL Stables Bus Stop for 6pm to transport all our members & attendees to this awesome event (in Delta Sports Dome, Limerick)!
Price of event ranges from €5-8 (attendee numbers dependent)
