-Full session: 7-10pm
-Tuesdays are our longer sessions with all 6-7 stations running in 20minute rotations
(x4 Trampolines, DMT, Airtrack, Core, Flexibilty & Conditioning, Floor Gymnastics, Acro & Twister).

Come along to our training where we will have 4 of our trampolines set up. With the help of our great coaches you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, have a great time and experience our great sport whether you are a complete beginner or have been trampolining for years! Training will be 2 hours long and everyone will be split into subgroups plus a coach to a trampoline. Please show up ready to train (generic workout clothes will do) as dressing rooms are not available to us at this time. If you have any questions or just want to see what the sport is about head over to our Instagram @ultrampoline.

Training is open to all levels from beginners to advanced.
Bring comfortable/active clothing, no jewellry or watches/cover piercings with tape or plasters (we have tape at training too if you forget), good vibes!

p.s. if you are able you're more than welcome to show up a few minutes early to help us set up the trampolines as the more hands the easier it is!
