Trampoline & Gymnastics Training @ 7pm SHARP, please arrive @ 6.50pm.
-Full session: 7-10pm
-Tuesdays are our longer sessions with all 6-7 stations running in 20minute rotations
(x4 Trampolines, DMT, Airtrack, Core, Flexibilty & Conditioning, Floor Gymnastics, Acro & Twister).

Come along to our training where we will have 4 of our trampolines set up. With the help of our great coaches you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, have a great time and experience our great sport whether you are a complete beginner or have been trampolining for years! Training will be 2 hours long and everyone will be split into subgroups plus a coach to a trampoline. Please show up ready to train (generic workout clothes will do) as dressing rooms are not available to us at this time. If you have any questions or just want to see what the sport is about head over to our Instagram @ultrampoline.

All skill levels are welcome for training! Just make sure you are signed up on ulwolves, and your membership has been approved :-)
- Come as often as you like. Don't worry if you miss a few sessions, it's not mandatory to be there for every training if you can't make it.
- Wear any comfy sports clothes you like. Jewellery and piercings are not safe to wear on the trampoline, so they must be removed! (If you have a piercing you can't remove we can give you tape/plaster to cover it). Socks must be worn on the trampoline too.

Hi!
Come and practice your skills and learn some new ones. Training open to all levels.
Training sessions are first come first serve due to coach and member ratios and trampoline bed space.
Reminder to bring comfy clothes, water bottle, no jewellery/ watches (piercings covered by tape or plasters) and good vibes :)
You're more than welcome to come a few minutes early to help set up the Trampolines and the safety gear as the more hands the better.
