Semester Recap so far! News: notice

As Week 5 begins, UL Swim Club is busy making waves! With a whopping 56 hours of swimming clocked up so far, we’re powering through the lanes, perfecting technique, and building serious stamina.

To balance the grind, we recently teamed up with Serenity Saunas for a blissful sauna and cold plunge session — the perfect combo of recovery and relaxation 

Next up, we’re diving into sports psychology sessions beginning this week, helping us sharpen our mental game as much as our physical one.

Our first competition of the college year in just two weeks: Munster Aspiring Championships, hosted right here in our home pool at UL. The energy is building, the goggles are defogged, and the countdown is officially on.
