The UL yoga & meditation club offers the opportunity to take part in the ancient practice of improving your mental and physical health in a fun and engaging way with weekly yoga classes taking place followed by a meditation session to give you that feeling of zen and peace. 

We practice more than once a week with qualified experienced teachers, catering for members from beginners to advanced level students. You will also have the opportunity to travel on club trips to holistic and Yogic centres around Ireland and abroad.
