The University of Limerick Parkour Club

Hello!

When you think of Parkour you think of crazy wild things like you see on YouTube however, don't be afraid. Those are high level athletes and we will build you up to a level you are comfortable with. We provide you with the basics skills and guidance to ignite the spark of love for Parkour. Here in Parkour everyone is given time to try new things and to learn from others, if you find a part difficult we show you one on one and in depth descriptions to help you progress. Everyone can parkour, the question is are you willing to learn.

Welcome to all new incoming students and welcome back to all returning veterans. Summer holidays are over at last and we're delighted to be back! For those new to parkour, it is a form of movement where you learn to push your limits and overcome your fears (in a fun and safe environment). We have both indoor and outdoor training where we practice our skills and apply them to real life (ie. concrete instead of soft crash mats).   So if you're new to UL or simply understand how powerful and awesome Parkour is, we'd love to hear from you! There is a great atmosphere to the Club's training and jam sessions which are not to be missed and anyone is more than welcome to try it out - no previous experience needed! Feel free to join us on Facebook or email us if you have any questions or queries about training or parkour! :) Training Times: Tuesdays 18:00 - 20:00 outdoors by the UL Sports Bar. Thursdays 18:00-20:00 in the PESS Building Multifunction hall.
