To end our season (somewhat abruptly due to the circumstances), our athletes will be doing their final 2km test of the season over Zoom supported by their coaches.
A 2k test is the most accurate on land evaluation of an athlete's ability. Known for being one of the most painful parts of not just rowing, but all Olympic sports, the 2km test is just as much mental game as it is physical.
We expect all athletes to get a personal record this coming Friday and it will be a representation of all the hard work and dedication paying off.
